Question 1) Why would a prospective client want you to be their keynote speaker or to support their speaking event? What are some compelling aspects of your background/career/experience that we should know about?
As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), published author, and executive with over 25 years of experience, I bring a deep and diverse expertise in leadership that bridges both the private sector and government service. My book, Mindfully Successful: Unlock the Power of Your Brain, Body, and Breath to Elevate Your Leadership, captures the essence of my philosophy: blending neuroscience, body awareness, and mindful practices to elevate leadership in high-stakes environments.
I have the unique advantage of a career that spans the private sector, military, and federal government contexts, understanding the rigorous demands placed on leaders in these sectors. I served as a career civil servant for 15 years, culminating as the FDA’s Executive Director of the Bioinformatics Board. In that role, I led a large-scale transformation to unify IT decision-making across disparate entities—a challenge that required both technical expertise and strategic vision.

- Founder and Entrepreneur: I founded two successful companies; the first was an IT and change management consulting company, and the second is focused on executive and leadership development and strategic consulting. This entrepreneurial experience has grounded me in practical, results-oriented strategies that speak to leaders navigating the complexities of organizational transformation.
- Federal Executive Director: In my final role in federal service after a fifteen-year career, I served as Executive Director of the FDA’s Bioinformatics Board, leading a transformative restructuring that centralized IT investment decision-making.
