Summary: Served as a senior advisor to the Chief of Staff of all US Armed Forces. Worked in the U.S. Army with over 37 years of leadership/supervisory experience with over 19 years as a Senior Advisor to Executive Leaders culminating with duties as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (SEAC), the senior enlisted person in the United States Military responsible for over 2 million active, guard and reserve men and women.
Why would a prospective client want you to be their keynote speaker or to support their speaking event? What are some compelling aspects of your background/career/experience that we should know about?
I served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Secretary of Defense (SEAC). This position made me the senior noncommissioned officer and enlisted service member in the US Military. This position culminated my almost 38 years of active duty in the US Army. I routinely engaged with the Presidential Administration, Congress, and the entire Department of Defense and other departments within the National Security Council.

What are some speaking events you’ve supported recently?
On average I conduct 5-6 in person or virtual speaking engagements per month.
Recently I supported the Air Force Academy National Character and Leadership Symposium with the audience being all cadets and cadre of the Academy. I also supported a speaking engagement with the Seattle Bar Association which included major attorneys from throughout the Seattle and Washington area. I served as a keynote speaker during a small business conference in Houston, TX with companies associated with wildlife removal. Finally, my main audience is our military and I’ve done a multitude leadership and motivational speaking in such areas as Fort Benning, GA; Reno, Nevada; Washington, DC; Hurlburt Field, FL; Goodfellow AFB, TX; Fort Carson and Peterson AFB, CO; as well as a keynote speaker role with A Soldier’s Child Foundation annual Gala in Nashville, TN.
