Question 1) Why would a prospective client want you to be their keynote speaker or to support their speaking event? In other words, what are the most compelling aspects of your background/career/experience that we should know about?
Prospective clients bring me in when they want more than a polished speech. They want a speaker who understands what leadership looks like when the stakes are real, the pressure is high, and the people in the room are tired of surface-level advice.
My perspective comes from working every day as an executive coach and leadership consultant with leaders making decisions that affect teams, culture, growth, and performance. I’ve worked with leaders across manufacturing, energy, professional services, government, entrepreneurship, and military-connected communities, and have supported leadership development initiatives in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
As a former military spouse and participant in the George W. Bush Institute’s Veteran Leadership Program, I also bring a deep understanding of the military community and the leadership challenges surrounding service, transition, and military families. That experience allows me to connect with audiences across both the private sector and the military ecosystem in a way that is practical, honest, and grounded in real experience.
I’m known for being direct and authentic. I challenge a room without losing it and say the things many leaders are already thinking but rarely hear spoken out loud. The messages and workshops I deliver are designed to stay with people long after I leave the venue. The impact is simple, memorable, and immediately relevant to how they lead the next day.
