Dr. Latasha M. Davidson is a purpose-driven executive, strategist, and international consultant with more than two decades of leadership in resilience, global health, human services, and community well-being. Throughout her federal career, she led national efforts to strengthen well-being, prevent violence, and build cultures of care across diverse global contexts. Her work has always been guided by one belief: People First. When systems prioritize people, they create lasting change and meaningful impact.
That conviction inspired the founding of AHSAT Global Solutions, an international consulting and speaking firm focused on resilience, capacity building, and people-centered transformation.
Dr. Davidson blends lived experience, practical insight, and values-based wisdom to help individuals, organizations and communities strengthen well-being and thrive. Her work spans the U.S., Africa, Asia, and Europe, where she partners with governments, NGOs, ministries, and human-centered leaders to reduce harm, advance equity, and cultivate resilience from the inside out.
A sought-after speaker and consultant, Dr. Davidson has traveled internationally, collaborating with host nations and ministry-level officials to advance resilience, community safety, and systems reform. Her global engagements include keynote speaking, leadership forums, and high-level consultations. Known for her ability to bridge research, policy, and lived experience, she brings a culturally attuned and compassionate perspective that helps environments flourish in dignity, strength, and respect.
Dr. Davidson holds a PhD in Human and Social Services with a specialization in Community Intervention, Master of Human Relations, and Master of Philosophy degrees, and a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
